• Buyers have three (3) days from delivery to initiate a one-time exchange if the wrong color or length was selected, or if you would like to try a different unit.
• Exchanges are one-time only per order.All shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility, including return and reshipment costs.
We do not offer cash refunds. Once an exchange is approved, the buyer will receive store credit equal to the price of the original unit, which may be applied toward the purchase of another unit. No cash refunds or cash exchanges will be issued.
All units are personally inspected prior to shipping. If any quality issues are identified before shipment, the buyer will be notified immediately and arrangements will be made for a replacement or refund at that time.
Once a unit has been shipped, all sales are final, except for the one-time exchange option outlined above.
